I found these articles in our local Catholic Newspaper, The NW Progress. I got it when I was on retreat a couple of weeks ago now.
The First one: "Science and the Sacred..." covers how one local cosmologist, Brian Swimme, was inspired and nurtured by local Catholic Schools to pursue his chosen career. (From the article: "Swimme is a professor of cosmology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, and a practicing Catholic."
I found it fascinating reading, and I'm looking forward to seeing the documentary he produced called: "Journey Of The Universe". It's due to air on PBS in December. You can find out more at the website: http://www.journeyoftheuniverse.com/

The second short article, is called: "The Lovingly Intelligent Presence of our Creator." It's an editorial from a Catholic perspective on Intelligent Design.
I post these for those that want more inspiration and knowledge when forming debate for Intelligent Design. In these times, with a very big growth in so-called "New Atheism", we can use all the help we can find to keep our voices alive. God Willing.
